Handling Fee

We pack with utmost care to ensure that the one-of-a kind pottery is not lost due to damage. To cover the cost of packing materials and labor, Artstream Gallery charges an additional $6 handling fee (included in shipping). For combined orders, we charge $10 because of the extra administrative time.

Timeline

We appreciate your patience with us as we gather our resources and solicit assistance. Please allow up to 14 days for work to be shipped out, and up to 21 days for it to be received. In most cases, work will be shipped within the week, but this estimate is based upon the possibility of unforeseen delays. We ship work using USPS and UPS Ground.

Packing Material

We use a combination of materials to pack - corrugated cardboard, peanuts, bubble wrap (reused) and paper products. Our packing strategy is to balance direct re-use and eco-friendly materials while ensuring that the pots make it to you safely. Strategies vary based on the types of pots, number of pots, and distance of travel. We reuse packing material as much as possible (like styrofoam peanuts) in order to be more eco-friendly. The results may not always be the most aesthetically pleasing.

International Orders

All international orders will be charged a flat rate of $80. Once we determine the price, we will refund the remainder or ask for additional payment before we ship the items.

Gifts

At the time of purchase, please let us know if the pieces are a gift, so we can include a personal note if you would like.

Refunds

You may return anything you’re not happy with if you contact the gallery within 10 days of receiving your purchase; we will refund you the price of the piece. You are responsible for all return shipping charges and for safe arrival.

If you finish a transaction during the sale and decide to make another purchase we will consolidate your order and it may be possible to refund some of your shipping charges.

How to Care for the Pots:
Work is dishwasher and microwave safe unless it has applied luster or decals. We recommend washing work with a combination of hand washing and dishwasher. If you have hard water, the dishwasher may leave a residue on bare clay surfaces. Rubbing a little coconut oil on the surface can return its natural luster. Be cautious when microwaving high iron-bearing ceramics (earthenware) as it can crack pots.
